A look at the ailing guys.
FLORHAM PARK — Here’s a look at the Jets’ Wednesday injury report as they prepare for Sunday’s game at the Patriots:
RB Bilal Powell (strained calf): Didn’t practice after getting hurt Sunday in Cleveland. No surprise. His availability for Sunday is in question.
DE Muhammad Wilkerson (sprained shoulder): Also did not practice. Likely a rest/maintenance day as he continues to play through this injury. As with Powell, Wilkerson wasn’t even at the start of practice. Wilkerson has played every game this season.
RG Brian Winters (abdomen): He was in the rehab area during warmups. Also likely a rest/maintenance thing. He has played the past two games after missing one.
RB Matt Forte (turf toe): He has missed two straight games, but he participated in warmups Wednesday. Could Forte return this week against the Patriots? The Jets might need him.
CB Juston Burris (foot): He missed the Browns game, but participated in warmups Wednesday.
CB Darryl Roberts (hamstring): He missed the Browns game, but participated in warmups Wednesday.
DE Kony Ealy (shoulder): He missed the Browns game, but participated in warmups Wednesday.
OLB Josh Martin (ankle): He has missed the past two games, but he participated in warmups Wednesday.
The Jets and Patriots will release full, detailed injury reports later Wednesday.
