SAN RAMON — Bad air quality is prompting organizers of the JDRF One Walk San Ramon to shift the event indoors, an open house featuring games, vendor tables and information booths.
As of Thursday night, the location (in San Ramon) was still being worked out, but will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pick up event T shirts, enjoy lunch provided by Fuddruckers and take part in family-friendly activities and games. JDRF information and diabetes vendor tables will be set up to visit.
If you still want to walk, consider joining the “East Bay walkers” team taking part in the JDRF One Walk San Francisco, Oct. 22 on the Great Meadow at Fort Mason. Click here to register.
