ALLOWAY TWP. — The local Fulton Bank branch was robbed late Tuesday morning, state police say.

The robbery was reported at 10:55 a.m., according to New Jersey State Police Spokesman Trooper Gene Hong.

The bank is located at the corner of South Greenwich Street and Alloway-Friesburg Road in the village of Alloway.

Hong said according to initial reports no weapon was shown during the holdup and no one was injured.

He said investigators where still at the scene early Tuesday afternoon.

Information on how many suspects were involved and other details were not immediately available.

No one was reported to have been injured in the incident, Hong said.

New Jersey State Police from the Woodstown Station are leading the investigation.
