The New York Jets won’t have rookie quarterback Sam Darnold (strained foot) on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills.
With Jets quarterback Josh McCown poised to start in place of rookie Sam Darnold in Sunday’s Week 10 home game against the Bills, a big question lingers: Will McCown look rusty?
McCown, a 39-year-old veteran, hasn’t played yet in the regular season. He played 19 snaps in the preseason, and 16 of those were in the preseason finale, against backups.
But McCown is familiar with the Jets’ offense, since he was their starting quarterback last year. So how will McCown perform Sunday, in a must-win game?
Check out the video above for our thoughts on that.
