Greenwich celebrates opening of three sales centres

Builders in a new mixed-use community on a scenic stretch of land near Canada Olympic Park now have a sales presence open on site. An event to celebrate the opening of the respective sales trailers for the builder group in the opening phase of Greenwich — comprised of Landmark Homes, Cove Properties and Madison Avenue Group — will be held Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. The sales trailers are all located on the west side of Greenbriar Way. Benchmark price on townhomes grows

While resale prices on apartments and duplexes in Calgary eased last month, townhome values continue to rise. The benchmark price on townhomes in Calgary in May was $303,200, says the Calgary Real Estate Board. This is a 3.7 per cent upswing from the same time last year and the fourth consecutive increase month over month. Benchmark prices are that of a typical home based on a formula that uses various factors to ensure accurate comparisons.
