Disney announces a new original movie ‘Hexed’
A new original film is reaching Disney.
On Saturday at the destination event D23 held in Orlando, Florida, creative director of Walt Disney Animation Studios, Jared Bush took the stage to reveal that his next original film is titled Hexed
Here is the film’s logline: “Disney’s #hexed is a completely new original film that follows an awkward teenager and her type: a mother, who discovers that what makes it unusual, could only be magical powers that will change their lives and a secret world of magic, vice versa.”
Josie Trinidad and Jason Hand are directing the function, while Roy Conli and Juan Pablo Reyes Lancaster-Jones are producing. It is scheduled to reach theaters in November 2026.
Also revealed in D23 there were new additions to the cast of ZOOTOPIA 2. Bush, who runs the film along with Byron Howard, introduced Yvette Nicole Brown on stage, who will play Bearoness and Emt Otter. It is also released in the monitoring of the 2016 animated film is Patrick Warburton, who will lend his voice as mayor Winddance.
Here is the synopsis of the film: “In ZOOTOPIA 2, The rookie police Judy Hopps (with the voice of Ginnifer Goodwin) and Nick Wilde (with the voice of Jason Bateman) are found in the trail of a great mystery when Gary De’snake (Voice of Ke Huy Quan) arrives in Zootopia and returns the Animal Metropolis up. To decipher the case, Judy and Nick must go undercover to new unexpected parts of the city, where their growing association is proved as never before. ”
Shakira, Fifth Brunson and Fortune Feimster add to the cast. Yvett Merino serves as a producer.
