Lewis Capaldi says that several celebrities lied about verifying it during the health pause

Lewis Capaldi has revealed that several celebrities had lied about verifying it during their health rest.

In 2023, Capaldi was forced to shorten his Glastonbury set after fighting with the tics caused by Tourette. After the performance, Capaldi announced that he planned to take a free time to concentrate on his health. The singer said in a statement at that time that “he was still learning to adapt to the impact of my Tourette” and that his decision to cancel his tour was “the most difficult decision of my life.”

Finally he made his great return this June, when he released his return single ‘Survive’, and later that day he played a surprise on the Pyramid stage in Glastonbury, completing his performance two years ago.

During their time outside, several musicians said they had registered Capaldi, who apart from Tourrette, was fighting with mental health problems. Now, Capaldi has revealed that this was not entirely true.

Appearing in the Fry-Up FridayCapaldi was asked if someone had registered with him. He revealed that Elton John called him after Glastonbury 2023 and agreed that taking a break would be the best movement for Capaldi.

“Niall Horan, obviously. I am in group conversations with him, so I talk a lot with him,” Capaldi added. “There were some people who told me that they registered me, who did not register. I can’t name and shame, but it was strange … really strange.”

The fans praised their emotional return in Glastonbury, with a writing: “This is the strength, resistance and perseverance personified. He is ready to start at Sheffield on September 7 and finish the tour in Dublin on September 29, while he will also play in Aberdeen, his birthplace of Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham and Cardiff. There are also two nights in the O2 in London, on September 17 and 18.

Capaldi has also announced a team with Betterhelp to provide 734,000 hours of free online therapy, saying: “The therapy is the reason why I can be a musician again.”
